From The Vault offers custom jewelry designs, an exciting and eclectic selection of jewelry, hand and machine engraving, along with all manner of jewelry repair.

We also offer retail replacement value appraisals, for your insurance needs.

Custom

You might have something specific in mind, or you may leave the design process up to us. Most of the time, you are not going to walk into a store and see a ready made piece that will fit multiple stones of varying sizes... and that's where we come in! We will look to see if we can find something that is pre-made, but if we can't find one, or if the design of the piece isn't what you had in mind, we move on to the next step, a custom design.

Engraving

Our amazing state of the art machine can provide monograms, logos, crests, really anything you can dream up! On glass, metals, leather, wood or plastic. This hardworking machine is the largest capacity one of its kind on the market, so it can engrave from the tiniest item to large trays, trophies. Of course hand engraving is still available upon request, in all of the traditional styles.

Repairs

From the Vault offers jewelry repairs done onsite by our experienced jewelers who can take care of all your repair needs. We do everything from ring sizing, to repairing costume jewelry, to heirloom restoration. Our state of the art equipment allows us to precisely repair all types of jewelry. We think outside of the box! Call or come by!

Bridal

Finding and selecting the perfect ring for your engagement can be a daunting task. There are hundreds, if not thousands of styles to choose from! We offer a small selection of handpicked mountings. While we don't have the largest selection of mountings, we feel like we have a beautiful collection to choose from. Since we also specialize in custom jewelry, we can also create a one of a kind mounting that meets your specific desires. We offer new interactive software to build your dream ring.

From the Vault is proud to have engraved the Wanamaker Trophy for the prestigious <strong>PGA Championship</strong> in 2014.<br>The trophy was ultimately presented to Rory McIlroy at the conclusion of the Championship at Valhalla Golf Club.

Sheila has diplomas from the Gemological Institute of America, in both Diamonds and Pearls. She has over 40 years of experience in the Gems and Jewelry trade. She is the lead buyer for the store, and her discriminating eye can be seen in each hand-picked item we have in our showcases.

Graham Newton

President, Lead Designer, AiSupervising Appraiser

Graham is the lead designer and lead CAD operator at From the Vault Jewelers. His team can help with any design, custom project, repair or modification. He is an AI Society Accredited Member, having earned the prestigious and advanced designation of “AiS™ Ai Society Accredited Valuer,”and is our AiSupervising Appraiser. We may now provide you with the most advanced Valuation and Valuation Related Services.

Phyllis Hickey

Lead Sales & GIA Gemologist

Phyllis is a talented artist and brings years of experience in the Gems and Jewelry trade to our store. She is a valuable member of our design team, able to assist you with ideas for your custom design. She is our sales lead, as well as our instore GIA trained Gemologist. She is qualified to provide a wide range of Gemological appraisal related services.

Aaron earned his Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Indiana University, and is a graduate of the prestigious New Approach School for Jewelers. A key member of our shop’s team, Aaron specializes in hand fabrication, advanced stone setting, and advanced laser repairs.

Jewelry Repair Specialist

Carolyn is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America’s Jewelry Program, which she earned on GIA’s Carlsbad California campus after her stint in the Navy (thank you for your service!). She brings over 15 years of advanced repair experience. She is a talented wax carver, stone setter, and general repair specialist.
